1. Who you are dealing with

navelrix.com is operated by AODA (HK) INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, trading as Navelrix, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Flat/Room 185, G/F, Hang Wai Industrial Centre, No. 6 Kin Tai Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong. Contact: info@navelrix.com.

2. Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Do not misuse the site, try to access it without permission or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes and weights are approximate and can vary by up to 1 cm. Ash is a natural material, so grain, colour and figure vary between boards and between pieces, and screens show colours differently. Room photographs are illustrative and may include items we do not sell.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars, per item, and are the same for both finishes. Shipping is charged at the rates in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where a destination country charges them, are not included. If we list a price in error, we will tell you before we dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. You can cancel free of charge until your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our checkout's payment processors. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and faults

You may return unused, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery, and we will put right items that arrive damaged, faulty or with parts missing, as set out in our Refund policy.

9. Assembly, use and care

Assemble cabinets on a flat floor, following the instructions in the box, and tighten every bolt. Our pieces are for indoor use. Use a liner in every bucket and pail and follow the care guidance on our Care & Materials page. Do not stand, sit or climb on a cabinet, load the top beyond the weight given for it, or let children swing on an open door. Keep fingers clear of the stay when closing a door.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Intellectual property

The name, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
