30 days to change your mind

You can return any piece within 30 days of the date it was delivered, for any reason. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Cabinets must be returned unassembled, with all their panels, bolts, the hex key and the bucket. We cannot accept pieces that have been assembled and used, marked, re-finished or altered.

How to start a return

1. Email info@navelrix.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have them; parcels sent to our registered office cannot be accepted.
3. Pack the piece in its original box, send it with a tracked service and keep the tracking number.

What we refund

Once the return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the price of the returned pieces to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Any shipping charge paid on the original order is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. A flat-packed cabinet is a large parcel, so please check the return cost before you send it.

Damaged, faulty, missing or wrong items

Please open and check your order when it arrives, before you start assembling. If a panel is split, cracked or badly marked, a part or a bucket is missing, a stay or bolt is broken, or the piece is not the finish you ordered, email info@navelrix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the piece and the box. We will send a replacement part or piece at no cost, or refund you in full including shipping if you prefer. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

What is not a fault

Ash is a natural material: variation in grain, colour and figure between boards, small knots and slight differences between two pieces of the same finish are part of the wood. On the black finish, a knock on an edge can show paler wood underneath. Water marks, swelling or stains from wet waste or spills on unprotected wood, damage from bleach, solvents or steam cleaners, and damage from incorrect assembly are not covered; see our Care & Materials page.

Your legal rights

This policy does not reduce any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
